Three individuals allege their landlords overcharged them for real estate taxes and utility bills for a property they rent as a restaurant.

Timothy Dubuclet, Tanya Dubuclet and Tana Montrel filed a suit against Rahim Ebrahimpour, Hossien Aghakasiri and 3340 Bienville LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
