Here is a look at what amendments passed and failed.
Voters approved new qualifications for registrars of voters. Now the, registrars would have to meet one of four qualifications to get the job:
- Have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of full-time, professional work experience; - an associate degree and at least four years of full-time, professional work experience; - seven years of full-time, professional work experience; - or five years of full-time employment in a Louisiana Registrar's Office.
