Governor Edwards Calls For Special Session Later This Month

After the middle-of-the-night drama in the legislature, Governor John Bel Edwards spoke out about the need for a 3rd special session. The debate went on all the way up until the midnight deadline to end the 2nd special session. The House and Senate did pass a budget, but not the revenue plan to go with it.
