Do You Want a Job? We're Hiring!!

Following is an expanded list of qualifications we're looking for in the job applicant. Your last job doesn't have to have been doing all of this, and please note that we give a test that shows us whether you really know how to do these tasks.

Though you won't need to score 100% to be considered, we ask that you please be honest with yourself and only apply if you have actually done most of the following:

1. Have some educational background in accounting or bookkeeping. No degree is necessary but at least 1-2 courses in accounting principles and entries is required.
2. At least 1 year using either Peachtree or Quickbooks software.
3. Experience entering checking account data and reconciling checking accounts.
4. Experience completing sales tax forms.
5. Experience calculating payroll--either using PT or QB above--or by hand.
6. Experience completing payroll tax forms.
7. Have knowledge (basic to intermediate) on Word and Excel.
8. Be able to multi-task.
9. Be very professional and courteous to clients.
10. Have a positive attitude in the workplace.
