Website ranks New Orleans and Baton Rouge among top cities for Hispanic entrepreneurs

New Orleans has the 14th best climate for Hispanic entrepreneurs, according to a study by the WalletHub personal finance website. Baton Rouge ranked 9th.

The report used data from the Census, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., the Kauffman Foundation and other sources to examine income, employment, education and business ownership levels in Hispanic populations.
