Guilty of stealing foster kids' identities, tax preparer gets 10 years in prison

The last defendant from a local tax preparation business was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison for using the identities of disabled and foster children to file false federal income tax returns.

Musa Turay, 44, a partner at Medmans Financial Services was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III to 120 months in prison and ordered to pay $83,870 restitution.
