THANK YOU!

Apr 19, 2017

We want to thank all our clients for another great and successful tax season. We thought we were in for a terrible one the way it began with IRS announcing that no refunds would be issued until mid February, but somehow, it worked out (kudos to them!)

Thank you for your patience. A few of you ended having to wait over an hour on a couple of occasions, but for the most part, everyone was seen within 15-minutes of their appointment time! We try to make the waiting area engaging and interesting, and always encourage you to talk with whomever is waiting with you--we're not saying you'll become lifelong friends, but human interaction always makes time pass much faster. We appreciate your understanding when we ran behind schedule.

Thank you for your referrals. Nothing gives us more pride and pleasure to hear a new client tell us that you have recommended them to us. When you think highly enough of our work and dedication to want to share it with your closest friends and family, we feel really honored and we do not take the responsibility lightly.

Thank you for scheduling appointments. It is so much easier for us, and for you, to have an appointment scheduled for your tax preparation. We always give appointments preference and we try hard to get you in and out within that projected time. We encourage you to always call ahead to let us know you're coming to see us. Now that Mr. Larry is down to his off-season schedule (only coming in on Mondays), calling a week in advance for an appointment to see him is not a bad idea.

Thank you for your patronage. We know there are many choices out there...from do-it-yourself software to the big national chains (those Jon Hamm commercials are so funny!). We take your tax return seriously and want you realize it has been prepared legally--reporting all income and expenses that you had for the year. We want you (and us) to be able to sleep soundly at night, knowing your return is prepared based on the law and not rumors or hearsay--or in some of the worse cases we've seen--total fabrication.

Thank you for your trust. In the end, that is the meat of the matter. You trust our knowledge and expertise, and we strive every single day to keep earning it.

Thank You.
