Tulane hosting talk on organizing corporate boards for family-owned businesses

A presentation on how best to organize governing boards for family-owned businesses takes place at Tulane University on Sept. 12. The Tulane Family Business Center is hosting a speaker, JoAnne Norton, who was an executive in a family-owned company, has taught college business courses, works as a family business consultant and serves on the board of the Family Business Center at California State University at Fullerton.

Her talk will take place from 8 a.m. to noon at the Kendall Cram Lecture Hall, Lavin Bernick Center for University Life, 31 McAlister Drive on Tulane's Uptown campus.
