Mexico Fires Back on Proposed 'Border Tax'

There is less than a week to go before the inauguration and Mexico's Economy Minister Ildefonso Guajardo sent Donald Trump a fighting message.

Mexico will retaliate right away if the U.S. hits them with a major border tax. He went on to say that Mexico has to be extremely prepared for such measure.
